The Association of Banks in Lebanon published the following press release:

The Secretariat General of the ABL confirms, after reviewing the statistics relative to the operative banks, that a total of $240 million has been transferred during the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 academic years to 30,000 Lebanese students studying abroad who met the applicable conditions.
