ABL Board of Directors honors H.E. Mrs. Raya El Hassan during lunch at Phoenicia Intercontinental, Eau de Vie Restaurant.  Dr. Joseph Torbey delivered a speech where he expressed his “appreciation to the big efforts deployed while assuming her functions as Minister of Finance with seriousness and merit, especially that the ministry accomplished preparation of the budgets of 2010 and 2011,  offering realistic solution to the non-adoption of Budget laws related to previous years, resulting from the political and security conditions”… He also added:  “to be in a country suffering from political instability, both local and regional, to ensure the continuity of the stability of tax incentives designed to attract deposits and investments to Lebanon is required".
