In line with its strategy to support the Lebanese Youth, Bank of Beirut delivered another batch of scholarships worth USD18,000 to the winning students of the 3D University Account draw. Held within the “U for Youth” Program, created by the Bank following a collaboration with AMIDEAST and a fruitful Affinity relationship with six major universities in Lebanon: LAU, NDU, USEK, USJ, AUST and University Antonine, the 3D University Account offers its holders 12 scholarships/year worth USD 36,000.
Six students from various Lebanese universities won valuable scholarships with Bank of Beirut “U for Youth” Package. The lucky winners are: Stephanie Fadi Saliba (USEK), Georgio Khalil Bou Madi (USEK), Samir Wassim Mhanna (NDU), Mohammad Sudki Mohammad Khaled Al Attar (LAU), Carla Tony Deeb (AUB) and Nairi Watche Karkoulian (LAU).
Georges Aouad, Head of the Retail and Branch Division at Bank of Beirut, delivered the prizes to the winning students on March 25th, 2015 in the presence of Branch managers and executives from the Bank. Aouad conveyed the Bank’s deep commitment to education, and its determination to support and guide the youth in their academic and career paths.
