In an event held recently in Dubai, CPI-Financial, the publisher of “Business Middle East” and “Islamic Finance and Business” magazines, awarded Blom Development Bank sal (BDB) the “Best Wholesale Islamic Bank” and “Best Retail Islamic Bank” for the MENA- non GCC region.

This award was granted recognizing BDB steady growth both in the local and in the regional Islamic financial markets. In fact BDB has grown 3 folds in the past year in terms of financing and the number of clients.

In an interview with “Islamic Finance and Business Magazine”, Blom Development Bank’s GM, Mr. Moataz Natafji commented that “the two prestigious awards that BDB has won confirm, once more, the position of our bank as the leading Sharia-compliant business partner in the Lebanese and the surrounding markets.”
