General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces (ISF) represented by its Chief General Ashraf Rifi and Fransabank represented by its CEO Mr. Adel Kassar jointly signed on Wednesday 3 November at the General Directorate a protocol of agreement to launch the new Housing Loan Program for all Members of the Internal Security Forces.
Chief General Ashraf Rifi confirmed during the conference that “this loan falls within the ongoing commitment of the General Directorate of ISF to improve the social status, as we strongly believe that creating a social stability for ISF members increases their potential for productivity.”
In return, Mr. Kassar stated that the importance of this loan, which is subsidized by the Central Bank of Lebanon, revolves around providing each member of the ISF with a golden opportunity to own a house in his/her hometown, confirming once again the Bank’s commitment to serve the military sector in all its levels and aspects. This loan adds up to Fransabank’s wide and diversified range of housing, individual and other financial products and services targeting members of the military sector in Lebanon as an appreciation for their continuous loyalty and dedication to our beloved country.
Kassar stressed also on Fransabank’s eagerness to be the first bank to launch such a full-fledged financing program while putting all the support needed at the disposal of the ISF to continue with their noble mission. This falls within Fransabank’s corporate social responsibility and its strong belief in the importance of the cooperation between the private and public sectors for the well-being and development of this country at all levels.
It is worth mentioning that this new housing loan program gives all ISF members the chance to buy, construct or renovate their new homes with a financing amount that can reach up to 100% from the apartment’s value, reduced interest rate of 1.6% and a repayment period of 25 years.
This program adds up to Fransabank’s wide range of housing loans programs in LBP and USD, which include Fransabank Housing Loan, Fransabank with the Public Housing Establishment, Housing Loan subsidized by BDL, Expatriates Housing Loan and the all new Displaced Housing Loan that joint lately this wide range of products.
