The Association of Banks in Lebanon published Dossier n° 25, in Arabic with French translation relevant to the regulatory financial and banking measures in 2009 and 2010, to complete a collection of publication covering a period of 20 years (1990-2010).  ABL started in 2006 to regroup related texts issued since 1990 till 2008 within a collection of 6 works in Arabic and French translation, and published in the context of “ABL Dossiers” n° 5, 13, 17, 21, 23 and 24.
