The Association of Banks in Lebanon honored on April 12, 2016, the Director of Training, Dr. Fadwa Mansour, on the occasion of her retirement. ABL President Dr. Joseph Torbey, the Vice President Mr. Saad Azhari, ABL Secretary of the Board Dr. Freddie Baz, some board members and the Secretary General Dr. Makram Sader. Mr. Samir Hammoud, President of the Banking Control Commission (CCBL) and some of its members along with a number of banks' general managers, and members of the Human Resources and Social Affairs Committee at ABL attended the ceremony. ABL directors and staff and friends cooperating with the Association at the level of training were also present.
First, the Secretary General, Dr. Makram Sader gave a speech in which he recounted Mrs. Mansour achievements and contribution to ABL during a quarter of a century. He also praised Mr. Ali Nassar, who also reached retirement after 38 years of loyal service. In his turn, the President Dr. Torbey also praised Ms. Mansour wishing her the best.
Finally, Dr. Fadwa Mansour thanked the Secretary General, executives and employees of the Association, the current President of the board and all his predecessors during the past twenty-five years for their support and cooperation in the Banking Center Studies and at the Association of Banks in Lebanon. Dr. Fadwa Mansour addressed also employees who have a long path to follow, and named few qualities considered essential in a professional career:

5-The personal satisfaction before seeking any pecuniary benefit…”
In the end, all present were gathered around a cocktail for the occasion.
