The Decree 9749 was issued in the Official Gazette No. 4 dated January 24, 2013 which authorizes the Université Saint-Joseph and the Association of Banks in Lebanon to create the “Institut Supérieur des Études Bancaires (ISEB)”, which grants  a Degree and a Master Degree in banking Studies, knowing that the curriculum will take into consideration students holders of the Lebanese Baccalaureate which are registered in the Banking Studies Center  / Université Saint-Joseph, while pursuing a degree or a master degree in the said Institute.
